Overview of Uswetakeiyawa Beach Bungalow
This Beach Bungalow is situated by the Beach in Uswetakeiyawa, Sri Lanka. Approximately about 18 kms from Colombo city centre. In another word it is only 40 minutes drive from Colombo.

The Bungalow consists of 3 double bed rooms with attached baths, Living space, Dining and lounge in the upper floor. The spacious and landscaped garden expands to the beach.

Our Swimming Pool fitted with a Jacuzzi is the place for chill out with your friends and loved ones. You can sip a beer or your favourite spirit in the garden by the pool or by the beach.
 
Accommodation
Three double bed rooms (2 AC and 1 non AC) provide accommodation for 6 people and additional bedding facilities are available for another 4 people. So the maximum occupancy is 10 people. Bed linen is provided.

Dining
Bring your own provisions; our resident cook, Leslie will do the cooking for you. Leslie is capable of preparing any Sri Lankan meal and some oriental dishes. Since Uswetakeiyawa is a beach destination fresh seafood is readily available in the nearby town which is only 5kms. BBQ grill also available at the site.
 
How to Book the Bungalow?   Make a booking request

We charge Rs. 18,000/- per night for the entire bungalow for a maximum occupancy of 10 people without AC. It will be Rs. 1500/- per room per night if you want to use the AC. (AC is available only in two rooms) 

If you happen to come on a Saturday, check in time is 11AM and check out is at 11AM on following day. In other words the booking duration is from 1st day’s lunch to second day’s breakfast. If you wish to stay long we would be in a position to extend the check out time at an additional fee if there is no other booking on that day.

Bookings are accepted upon payment in full to our bank or by credit card, online.
